Preparing for the written permit and written license test

Take your time, don’t rush through the test. Understand what the question is asking. If you are not sure what the question is asking, read it again until you understand it. If you are unsure about the answer, eliminate the answers that you know are incorrect. If you are still unsure skip the question and come back to it later if possible. Some states have a practice permit test available. Before taking either test, be sure to know the contents of your state driver’s manual. Make sure you have all the documents needed to take the permit or license test.
