Maintaining a Vehicle

These are some tasks that a person with a driver’s license should be able to perform. The tasks may seem simple and easy but there are people out there that can not do them or don’t do them.

  • Put gas in the car
  • Check oil
  • Change a tire
  • Recognize the different color of fluids a car has
  • Be able to jump start a car
  • Check tire pressure and make sure you have good tire tread
  • Know emergency numbers
  • Keeping the car clean, inside and out
  • Have insurance cards in vehicle
  • Know emergency numbers and have a cell phone in case you need to make an emergency call
